The Stonex HLS-14S is a professional vertical automatic edge polishing and chamfering machine designed for stone fabricators, sintered stone deep processing workshops and small-component processing plants. Different from horizontal conveyor polishers for large countertop slabs, this vertical machine clads slabs upright for side-edge processing, featuring a narrow footprint, excellent stability for small/thin workpieces, and zero scratch on polished slab surfaces.
Equipped with 14 sets of Φ150mm snail-lock quick-mount resin grinding wheels, it completes fine grinding and mirror polishing in one continuous pass, producing edge brightness perfectly matching the original slab surface. With a conveying speed of 0.5–4.5m/min, it delivers output equivalent to 15 skilled manual polishing workers, completely eliminating manual defects such as uneven gloss, streaks and inconsistent bevel angles. It is widely used for edge finishing of sintered stone, marble, granite and small decorative stone components.
